Resorts Cebu: Hotels and Resorts in Cebu

This lists the Hotels and Resorts in Cebu that I have visited or plan on visiting and what is my experience with them.


Bluewater Sumilon Island Resort


The resort is located on the southern side of Cebu. It is a place very much suited to unplug from the hustle and bustle from the city. The island resort boasts lots of amenities, which include hiking, diving, and kayaking. 


Bantayan Island

Bantayan Island is also a separate island from Cebu where there are many resorts to choose from. The island is located on the northern side instead. You'll find there the most crystal clear waters Cebu has to offer.


Tabuelan

Also located on the northern part of Cebu. What's attractive about this place is that the public beach is very wide and the sand is just so white and soft. Definitely a gem of a beach resort.


Ducit Thani

One of the most impressive experience in terms of beauty and service on the place. At the time, we were able to avail on a discount, so for me, I could say it was also sulit. Part of the day use is a locker (which is a Godsend), a towel, and a lunch buffet. The rest of the day was just pure relaxation and the service was splendid as well.


This is gonna be part 1 for now. I will be updating with a part 2, hopefully soon. There are still some more resorts that I have really enjoyed Cebu but I am still gathering those old photos on Facebook and trying hard to remember who posted them.

Recipe Using Egg

Recipe Using Egg I'd like to share favorite egg recipe when it's my turn to cook. 1. Put two eggs in a bowl and beat until no more bubbles form. 2. Add a pinch of salt and a pinch of pepper then beat the egg in the bowl again. 3. Mince 4 leaves(?) of spring onions. 4. Add oil to the pan. Wait for it to heat up. 5. If the oil is now hot, pour the egg from the bowl evenly accross the pan. 6. Spread the minced onions evenly. 7. When the corner starts to cook and the top of the center portion is not that cooked yet, starting from one side, fold the omelette. This part needs some practice, so it's okay not to get right the first time. 8. Give it a few more moments then turn off the heat and serve!
